HOWEVER, THEY WERE ALREADY EXISTING AT THE TIME THAT THE VARIANCES WERE APPROVED, AND TWO REQUESTS WERE TO ALLOW MODULAR HOMES, WHICH, WITH OUR NEW REGULATIONS THAT WERE JUST IMPLEMENTED BY RIGHT MODULAR HOMES, WE TREAT THOSE AS RESIDENTIAL, LIKE STICK BUILT HOMES BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO COME UP TO BUILDING CODES.
